SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to experimental surgery. During an operation after a median laparotomy, a peritoneal region with an intra-abdominal fascia of size 4 × 4 cm is separated from an anterior abdominal wall. Thereafter, free edges of the formed flap are sutured together by a peritoneal surface from the outside, thereby forming a closed cavity.
EFFECT: method enables approximating the cyst model to its clinical course, reproducing the cyst in less time, performing the operation in a single step.
