SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology. The principal stage of operation is followed by closure of a laparotomy wound with considerable deficiency of the peritoneum and transverse fascia of the anterior abdominal wall, enabled with the use of a polypropylene mesh as an implant anchored to the peritoneum and transverse fascia.
EFFECT: method allows preventing the abdominal restriction and intraabdominal pressure increase and enables early activation, also important for the patients with obesity, elderly age, with the presence of of cardiovascular insufficiency.
