SUBSTANCE: method for creating a herbal tea composition is proposed, which consists in isolating beta-glucan from oat bran, crushed to 0.5 mm, by extracting fats with ethanol, followed by dispersion in water at a hydromodulus of 1:5 and hydrobarothermic treatment for 60 min at 115°C, then enzymatic treatmentα with amylase with subsequent thermostating and processing after cooling with the enzyme Proteks 6L; beta-glucan is separated by centrifugation, dried; then a colloidal solution is prepared of 1 g of beta glucan and 1 g of soluble enzyme coenzyme Q10 by stirring while raising the temperature of the suspension to 80°C. The resulting solution is applied by spraying on dry lemon balm leaves in an amount of 0.1 to 0.5% of their absolutely dry mass, followed by drying them to a marketable moisture content of food raw materials of 5%.
EFFECT: invention ensures fixation of active substances on the surface of a plant leaf for enrichment of vegetable raw materials.
