SUBSTANCE: beverage contains the decoction of raw vegetable material and fruit juices as the liquid base, a source of carbohydrates, citric acid, beet juice and honey as the source of carbohydrates, at the following ratio of the components, wt %: decoction of raw vegetable material - 62.88 -67.45; berry juice - 4.5 -5; beet juice - 10-15; honey - 8-9; red table wine - 8-10; citric acid - 0.05-0.12. In a version of its implementation, the beverage contains the juice of viburnum, or chokeberry (aronia), or rowan. The base is represented by the decoction of origanum leaves and flowers, or melilot leaves and flowers, or St. John's wort leaves and flowers, or wormwood leaves, or lime flowers, or mint leaves and flowers, or motherwort grass upper stalk parts with leaves and flowers, or nettle leaves, or chamomile flowers, or thyme leaves and flowers.
EFFECT: beverage has an original full taste of the introduced spicy aromatic herb, honey and juice with a pleasant note of sourness, and has a unique honey-spicy aroma.
