FIELD: digital pathology.
SUBSTANCE: calibrating slide (10) is disclosed for scanning digital microscope of digital pathology, having improved homogeneity at microscopic level and increased stability in time. Calibration slide comprises substrate (12) and pixel structure (14) comprising a plurality of spaced metal nanostructures (16) disposed on substrate surface (18). Substrate is optically transparent. Metal nanostructures are located to create plasmon resonances, to form a color image in light-field illumination. Color image contains multiple calibration values of colors, which are provided for calibration of digital pathology imaging system.
EFFECT: technical result is creation of calibration slide with improved homogeneity at microscopic level and high stability in time.
