FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a calibration slide. Calibration slide comprises substrate and pixel structure. Pixel structure comprises a plurality of spaced metal nanostructures arranged on the surface of the substrate. Metal nanostructures are arranged to create plasmon resonances which enable absorption of light at excitation wavelength, that photoluminescent and/or fluorescent radiation is created to form a fluorescent image. Fluorescent image has a plurality of pixel intensity values which are provided for calibrating a fluorescent microscope.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of stability in time of slide radiation and elimination of necessity of periodic calibration of calibration slide.
