SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to detect chemical substance by using optical radiation caused by chemical bond. Chemical sensor comprises a substrate and a plasmon absorption layer. Photodetection unit is formed on substrate. Plasmon absorption layer is deposited on substrate and has a metal nanostructure that generates plasmon absorption.
EFFECT: improved spectral characteristics of sensor.
