FIELD: information and telecommunication systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of providing operation of information-telecommunication systems and their control subsystems. Dependencies of stability of communication and memory networks, throughput capacity, efficiency of their equipment at communication network design and operation stages are determined.
EFFECT: high stability of a communication network in conditions of various types of equipment failures owing to high probability of transmitting data units of operating information directions due to redistribution and coordination of different resources of communication network (dynamic correction of routing), including in the absence of a permanently operating route.
