FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to simulation of a physical communication network in conditions of destabilizing factors. Technical result of the claimed technical solution is achieved due to possibility of imitation of destabilizing factors effect on physical network, possibility of changing logical structure of a network in case of failure of a physical network element, accounting for the type and degree of damage of elements of a physical network when determining the time of repair of damaged elements.
EFFECT: technical result is higher adequacy of modelling due to expansion of functionality of simulation tools and possibility of obtaining quantitative estimates characterizing virtual network performance in conditions of destabilizing factors impact on physical network.
