First signalling is sent to the base station, wherein the first signalling carries indication information indicating that the user equipment has the ability to report on the time characteristic of the user equipment. Tracking whether the base station returns the second signalling based on the first alarm for a predetermined period of time. Determining whether the base station has the ability to solve the problem of overheating user equipment based on the tracking result.
EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of temperature of user equipment using base station without interruption of service data transfer, when both the user equipment and the base station to which access is made have the ability to solve the problem of overheating user equipment.
