Method of generating a selected pixel beam formed by rotating a beam around the axis of rotation of the volume occupied by a set of light beams includes: sorting a group of beam generators to create a sorted group of beam generators; selecting, from the sorted group of beam generators, the selected beam generatrix, which crosses the reference straight line; generating selected pixel beam based on selected beam generator.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of light fields data formatting for further processing applications.
