FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and is intended for use in quarry excavators. Electric excavator bucket bottom opening drive comprises power supply, motor, shaft of which is connected with drum and a cable wound thereon, connected through a lever mechanism to a lug of the bucket bottom, a bucket bottom opening control button connected to the S-input of the RS flip-flop, an OR gate and an initial setting unit connected to the first input of the OR logic element, the output of which is connected to the R-input of the RS flip-flop. Electric drive additionally contains thyristor regulator of alternating voltage with thyristors phase control unit, connected between power supply and electric motor, and a timer connected between the output of the RS flip-flop and the second input of the OR logic element, the input of the phase control unit is connected to the output of the RS flip-flop. At that, electric motor is made in the form of three-phase asynchronous motor with squirrel-cage rotor and increased sliding.
EFFECT: simplified design and increased reliability of electric drive of excavator bucket bottom opening during rock loading.
