FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used in mining excavators to simplify the design and improve the reliability of the electric drive opening the bottom of the shovel excavator. The electric drive for opening the bottom of the excavator bucket consists of an electric motor the shaft of which is connected to a drum and a cable wound on it connected through a lever mechanism with a deadbolt of the bucket bottom, a control button for opening the bottom of the bucket connected to the S-input of the RS trigger. The electric drive also has an OR gate, an initial setting block connected to the first input of an OR gate the output of which is connected to the R input of the RS trigger and a controlled limiting unit. Additionally, a timer, a controlled pulse generator and a pulse shaper are installed. The controlled pulse generator and the pulse shaper are connected in a sequential order. The outputs of the pulse shaper are connected to the inputs of the controlled limiting unit the outputs of which are connected to the motor windings. The timer is set between the output of the RS-trigger and the second input of the OR gate. The control inputs of the controlled pulse generator and the controlled limiting unit are combined and connected to the output of the RS-trigger. The electric motor is a stepper motor.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the design of the electric drive for opening the excavator bucket bottom and increases its reliability.
