FIELD: pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to pharmaceutical compositions containing (a) bendamustine and (b) charged cyclopolysaccharide. Such compositions have surprisingly high required stability in the reactive environment, such as plasma, in combination with the desired anticancer activity.
EFFECT: said compositions are suitable for injection or infusion into patients in need of bendamustine therapy.
