SYSTEM FOR FORMING A SYNTHESIZED TWO-DIMENSIONAL IMAGE OF A BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE WITH HIGH DEPTH OF FIELD Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC G02B21/36

Abstract RU 2734447 C2

FIELD: image forming devices.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for forming a synthesized two-dimensional image of a biological sample with high depth of field, configured to collect (110) with the help of scanner microscope (20) the first image data in the first position in the transverse direction of the biological sample and second image data in second position in transverse direction of biological sample. Microscope scanner is used to collect (120) data of the third image in the first position in the transverse direction and the fourth image data in the second position in the transverse direction, wherein the third image data are collected at a depth which is different from the first image data depth, and the fourth image data are collected at a depth, which differs from depth for second image data. Data of first working image are formed (130) for first position in transverse direction, forming comprises processing of data of the first image and data of the third image by means of the alignment of focus algorithm. Second working image data are generated (140) for second position in transverse direction, formation comprises processing of data of the second image and data of the fourth image by means of the alignment of focus algorithm. Data of first working image and data of second working image are combined (150) during acquisition of image data, to form a synthesized two-dimensional image of a biological sample with high depth of field.

EFFECT: disclosed is a system for forming a synthesized two-dimensional image of a biological sample with high depth of field.
