FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to superhigh-frequency equipment, in particular, to frequency multipliers. Frequency multiplier comprises cascade-connected input and output microstrip filters, wherein output filter resonator of input filter is simultaneously input resonator of output filter, its first resonant frequency is equal to the frequency of the input signal, the second resonance frequency of the output resonator of the input filter is equal to the frequency of the output signal of the device, wherein resonance frequency of outlet resonator of output filter is also equal to frequency of output signal. Nonlinear element used in the device is a magnetic film placed on a strip conductor of the output resonator of the input filter.

EFFECT: technical result is increase of radiation resistance of frequency multiplier.
