SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of extracting a compound of formula 2a
,
comprising a) reacting a mixture of diastereomers of formulas 2a, 2b
with a basic heterocyclic aldehyde compound and an optically active amine in the presence of a base; and b) separating compound of formula 2a from product of step a) by acid extraction. Invention also relates to a method of compounds of formula 1, having excellent activity as α2δ-ligand, one of which steps is a method of isolating a compound of formula 2a.
EFFECT: present invention enables to obtain a compound of formula 1 using simplified technology.
