SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Method for processing organic wastes using fly larvae comprises growing Hermetia illucens fly larvae on a nutrient substrate with separation of biomass of larvae from biohumus, wherein eggs of Hermetia illucens are placed in substrate of expanded vermiculite in amount of 50 g of eggs / 50 g of substrate, then produced mixture is kept for 3 days, on 4th day, the larvae, together with the vermiculite, are placed in a container with a preliminarily moistened feedstock of 60–70 % moisture in amount of 10 kg, on 9th day, the obtained larvae, together with the processed mixed fodder, are divided into equal 50 parts, adding 1,000 g of prepared substrate of organic wastes, maintaining 60–70 % moisture of obtained substrate, during following 9 days, pre-prepared substrate of organic wastes is added to this reservoir in amount of 1 kg, maintaining moisture content of 60–70 %.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to reduce losses of larvae from negative effect of environment at I and II stages of development, higher efficiency of larval growth of stage II-III and more efficient processing of a wide range of organic wastes into protein-lipid concentrates and organic fertilizer.
