FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Irrigation-aspiration system for oral care comprises a double-jaw cap made for a specific user, having cavities with dimensions for teeth washing and made with possibility of adjoining gums to prevent leaks, arranged on wall of cavity opposite to interdental spaces of atomizer, connected to tubes for supply of hygienic liquid from inlet hose. Channels serve for collection of waste hygienic liquid and its discharge to outlet hose. Delivery pump supplies said hygienic fluid through the above inlet hose into the double-jawed dropper. Aspiration pump discharges the hygienic liquid from the double-jawed bin through the output hose. Container for the hygienic liquid is connected with formation of the closed system to the delivery pump and through the filter for cleaning of the spent hygienic liquid to the aspiration pump.
