SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and is applicable for oral hygiene. An oral care device used to provide a favourable effect of mammalian oral care comprises a fluid reciprocation unit with the above fluid contacting to a number of oral surfaces. The fluid reciprocation unit comprises a fluid injection unit, an evacuation unit, a fluid collector, a fluid feed and a fluid delivery unit supplying the fluid onto the number of dental surfaces. The fluid reciprocation unit provides feeding the fluid by the fluid feed simultaneously with fluid collection by the fluid collector, and the fluid delivery unit to a fluid flow guide and back onto the number of surfaces in the above oral cavity simultaneously.

EFFECT: invention enables cleaning all the dental surfaces simultaneously, including gingival and sub-gingival ones.
