FIELD: electrical communication engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication technologies. Technical result is achieved by receiving by the terminal of the first downlink control signal information sent by the base station; determining, by the terminal, in accordance with the first downlink control signal information, whether to send an acknowledgment message corresponding to receiving the first downlink control signal information, via feedback channel; and sending a confirmation message to a base station by the terminal if the terminal is to transmit an acknowledgment message corresponding to reception of the first downlink control signal information through a feedback channel.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of control signalling transmission.
