FIELD: navigation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to navigation, namely, to methods and systems of pre-routing line generation using artificial intelligence systems, and can be used to improve navigation safety in E-navigation concept. Building of ship movement route occurs iteratively and in stages, at that due to logical transformations occurring in cells of matrices, navigation parameters are taken into account in the form of a function value of a specific cell belonging to a dangerous cluster. To implement the algorithm, a system consisting of a clustering unit, a pre-routing generation unit and a control unit is used.

EFFECT: higher safety of navigation, at the same time boatmaster receives map, on which dangerous areas are visually indicated.
