Information-analytical monitoring system comprises space, ship, coastal segments, unified integrated navigation and information environment, electronic veterinary certification and documentation system, national system of digital marking and tracking of goods, system for monitoring conditions of transportation and storage of fish products, stationary and mobile means, service for preparation of monitoring data of field activities of vessels for control and supervisory authorities and commercial consumers. Unified integrated information and navigation environment is formed in cloud environment.
EFFECT: provides for automation on the basis of artificial neural network of adaptive resonance of through control process and regulation of circulation of water biological resources at all stages from catch to realization of aqua products in commercial network.
