FIELD: meteorology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydrometeorology and can be used for rapid hydrometeorological ice provision. Summary: measuring atmosphere and hydrosphere parameters values, performing their processing, analysis and condition forecast. Creating information product and brought it to consumers. At that, information on atmosphere and hydrosphere state parameters distribution is stored and presented in geocentric coordinate system, providing consumers with continuous access to it. Besides, additionally calculating consumers groups behavior scenarios forecasts. Ice-information system, intended for method implementation includes monitoring center (1), hydrosphere and atmosphere state scenarios prediction software and computing devices (6), user groups behavior scenarios prediction software and computing devices (7), data collection and distribution subsystem (8). Monitoring center (1) is equipped with process tracking subsystem (2), software and computing system (3) for storing data in geocentric coordinate system and display of monitoring and user groups behavior scenarios, information product creating subsystem (4), consisting of experts automated workstations (5). Data collection and distribution subsystem (8) includes automated work places (9), arranged on consumers remote facilities, and thematic information-analytical centers (10).
EFFECT: technical result is increasing hydrometeorological and ice conditions coverage operational efficiency.
