FIELD: manufacturing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for producing biologically active biomaterials, specifically production of products made from natural raw materials rich in valuable biologically active components. Method of producing a biologically active biomaterial involves incubating zooglea of tea fungus in aerobic conditions on a nutrient medium, consisting of glucose and green tea extract at ratio of 1:9. Incubation is carried out in static conditions in a bioreactor with ratio of its area to height from 70 to 76.

EFFECT: invention reduces duration of the process and increases output of the biomaterial.
