FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to processing technology of secondary wastes of processing enterprises in order to obtain a fodder additive for broiler chickens. Method comprises adding to a pre-sterilized beer grains of a consortium of microorganisms, which are used Propionibacterium freudenreichii subsp. shermanii – KM 186 and Azotobacter chroococcum VKPM – 6011, taken in ratio of 2:1, in amount of 1–2 % of weight of beer grains, then a hygroscopic component is added in form of pearlite in ratio of 1:1 by volume mixture, consisting of beer grains and a consortium of microorganisms, stirred and cultivated for 24 hours at temperature 28–30 °C.

EFFECT: recycling of spent beer grains, preservation of useful substances and enrichment of fodder with vitamins of group B, increase of live weight of broiler chickens, and also increase of productivity and safety.
