FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly surgical urology. A parietal layer of funicular process is exposed with local anaesthesia. The open wound is exposed to CO2 laser at power density 28-197 Wt/cm2 in a scanning mode as a spot of the area of 0.07-0.49 cm to remove a layer of mesothelial cells. The fact of epithelisation is controlled by observing a microlayer of whitish-beige dehydrated tissue within the exposure area.
EFFECT: method enables minimising the operational wound, performing the outpatient operation with local anaesthesia, eliminating the hematoma formation.
