FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to pelvic surgery. Free-moving parietal pelvic fasciata sheets fixed along a line of tendinous arch of the small pelvis to the right and left of the rectum to close a rectal rectum with a closed defect are isolated. Parietal pelvic fascia leaves are fixed on the right and on the left with two rows of separate fascia-intestinal sutures with a rectal wall and with each other. A covering duplication is formed along a rectal anterior surface.
EFFECT: method enables to achieve fascial duplication of local tissues for eliminating an anterior rectal wall defect, simplifying a surgical approach in intraoperative injuries of an anterior rectal wall, improves the integrity of the intestinal suture, reduces the number of postoperative complications and improves the quality of life of the operated patients.
