SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication, to systems using artificially created radio interference in their operation. Result is achieved by using complex signals with phase manipulation and pseudorandom tuning of operating frequency. Coherent radio link comprises a discrete message source, a coding device, two modulators, two transmitters, two transmitting antennae, two pseudorandom sequence generators, high-frequency generator, a receiving antenna, a receiver, three synchronous detectors, a frequency search unit, a reference voltage selection unit, phase shifters for -30°, by +30°, two subtractors, phase shifter by +90°, a decoding device, a unit for recording and analysing messages, a digital scrambler, a digital descrambler, a synchroniser and a carrier frequency synthesizer.

EFFECT: technical result is high reliability of protecting confidential discrete information from unauthorized access.
