SUBSTANCE: vehicle movement parameters monitoring device, comprising on vehicle: magnetic recording device, magnetic recording carrier transportation mechanism drive, which is kinematically connected to vehicle wheel, erasure generator connected to magnetic erasing head, universal magnetic head, control unit, reproduction unit, carrier label sensor, made in the form of a photoelectric sensor, a time relay, distribution units, a sensor of the state of the brake system, an alarm sensor of the alarm devices, a headlights status sensor, a steering force sensor of a steering wheel driver, a master oscillator, a phase manipulator, a frequency handler, an amplitude modulator, a power amplifier, a transmitting antenna, a recording signal source in form of a switchable pulse generator, frequency detectors, triggers, double balanced switches, a narrow-band filter, an adder, a receiving antenna, a GPS signal receiver, a phase meter.
EFFECT: higher reliability of receiving information on road traffic accident by detecting and eliminating phenomenon of "reverse operation".
