Each actuating device comprises an analogue and discrete signals input unit, a relay outputs unit, a liquid crystal monitor, a controller, an external memory unit, a transceiver, a synchroniser, a pseudorandom code generator, a carrier frequency synchronizer, a phase manipulator, a first heterodyne frequency synthesizer, mixer and amplifier of the first intermediate frequency, amplifiers and powers, a duplexer, a narrow-band filter, an amplitude detector, a threshold unit and a switch.
