Device further comprises at least one inspection well, at least one manifold ballast, at least one cable duct, a pump, at least one distributing header of hydraulic flushing, at least one shutoff valve with electric drive of hydraulic flushing of profiled shelves of collector, at least one shut-off valve with electric drive of header flushing, at least one shutoff valve with electrically driven flushing of profiled flanges of inspection well, sensor of upper water level in supply tank with rupture of jet, sensor of lower water level in supply tank with jet break, upper level sensor of waste water, sensor of lower level of waste water, at least one seal of cable passage, shutoff valves with electric drive of inlet pipeline, at least one ballast of the manhole, operating module of hydraulic washing, at least one power cable of shutoff valves, power cable of the pump, power cable of the operating module, at least one communication cable of water level sensors, communication cable of operating modules, at least one ballast chamber, at least one component of the horizontal accumulator, at least one horizontal accumulator. Inspection well is made in the form of sewage well and contains inside lower part connected by means of adhesion ballast of inspection well, which is monolithic section made of heavy hydraulic concrete, and also comprises a rigidly fixed distribution manifold of hydraulic flushing, rigidly fixed to horizontal accumulator, and operational module of hydraulic flushing control.

EFFECT: higher reliability due to efficient ballasting and automatic hydro-flushing of sediment.
