FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to exercisers with biological feedback for rehabilitation of joints and muscles of hands and fingers. Exerciser consists of a control module, a module of a step-up voltage converter for feeding step motors, an arm extension / extension module, a module of engine of flexion / extension of fingers, sensors of control of skin-galvanic reaction of an organism, gloves for fixation of a hand and a computer connected to the Internet. Control module is made in the form of hollow plastic housing fixed on patient's forearm. Control module comprises current hand flexion / extension arm current control module, fingers finger flexion / extension motor controller, power supply unit for microcontroller and for external connected sensors - myosensors and sensors for control of galvanic skin reaction. Hand flexure / extension arm module is located at the top in the center of the longitudinal axis of the hand and additionally comprises a cylindrical reduction gear and an absolute encoder. Hand glove comprises a plastic finger retainer with a T-shaped pin and a locking bar for fixing the fingers of the glove on the substrate, as well as bending resistor, sewn into index finger of glove with possibility of its use as absolute encoder for measurement of angle of flexion of fingers. Exerciser also contains a soft fabric brace with two myosensors sewn into it and fixed on the forearm by means of a Velcro tape.
EFFECT: enabling increase in the exerciser operational reliability and usability.
