FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for one-stage recovery of a fibular collateral ligament and knee joint knee tendon. Using a retrograde drill with variable diameter of tibial drilling, a through tunnel with diameter of 3.5 mm is formed backwards with an exit point at the point of intact location of the popliteal muscle tendon. After opening of retrograde drill with diameter of 10 mm in direction from behind in front, channel is enlarged over 3 cm. Further, using guide in head of fibular in direction from front back from fixation point of fibular collar ligament and from outside to inside is K-wire. A through channel is formed on the head of the fibular canon with 7 mm-diameter drill. Further, according to previously conducted Kirschner guide pins, two transverse blind channels with diameter of 7 mm and depth of 3 mm are formed by means of rimers at points of anatomical attachment of the fibular collateral ligament and tendon of the popliteal muscle in the external condyle of the femoral bone. Prepared allograft of a tendon of a long fibular muscle with length of 30 cm and thickness of 7 mm is carried out by means of guide lines into the formed channels and fixed in the femoral bone by 7 mm-diameter interference screws, and in the tibia using a TightRope Arthrex dynamic cortical fixation system.
EFFECT: method enables reducing traumatism of operation, achieving complete contact of the tendon with the tibia and ensure sufficient graft tension after final fixation in the femoral bone due to formation of blind canals in the femoral bone and use in the tibia of the TightRope Arthrex dynamic cortical fixation system.
