SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the methods of stimulating reparative osteogenesis and chondrogenesis. The invention is effective for obtaining a platelet-rich fibrin matrix with an osteoreplacement material fixed in the fibrin network or an autocrumb from bone or cartilage tissue, which prevents the migration of the material used in the intra- and postoperative periods.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the saturation of the final product with platelets by transferring a leukocyte suspension from an additional APM tube having the shape of an "hourglass".
