FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, in particular to devices for mechanical dropping of snow from eaves of gable roofs of buildings and structures. Device for mechanical dropping snow contains a snow-accumulator in the form of a hollow cylinder truncated on its side surface by two parallel planes, installed on the building wall under the roof apron with possibility of its axial rotation, electric motor for providing rotation of snow thrower around its axis, longitudinal bottom installed in inner cavity of snow-accumulator, double-sided tray arranged in inner cavity of drain pipe, one end of which is movably arranged in the downpipe of the building, and the other end is rigidly fixed on the end surface of the snow-accumulator.
EFFECT: device for mechanical dropping of snow is described.
