FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test equipment, in particular to measurement of values of flows of test gases from control leaks, and can be used in those areas of equipment where control of tightness of products with application of control leaks is carried out. Proposed is a device for measuring the flow of a test gas, comprising an inner cavity in which there are two vacuum valves 5, 6, one of which is intended for bypassing from the inner cavity of the device to the inner cavity of the measuring pipeline, measuring pipeline 4, enclosed between two valves 5, 6 and designed to determine the accumulation volume, including the volumes of the cavities of the connection pipe of test leak 14, pressure meter 7 and valve 5, as well as pressure meter 7, designed to measure the test gas pressure in test gas flow measuring device 1 and test leak nozzle 14, to which electronic device 8 is connected, designed to record the pressure value in the inner volume of the device and the test gas accumulation time, and connecting elements 2, 3, made with possibility of connection to the internal cavity of test leak device 9, the test gas flow of which is determined, including located along the gas flow: tank for storage and supply of test gas 10 with pressure gauge 12, leak or permeable element 11, and branch pipe 14, and process unit 15, on which the products are tested for tightness.
EFFECT: high accuracy of determining the flow of test gas from a control leak, providing easy operation thereof; positive effect of the use of the present invention is an increase in the accuracy of determining the flow of a test gas from a control leak, and ensuring the convenience of its operation.
