SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of general formula (1) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, where R1: C1-C6 alkyl group or hydroxyC1-C6 alkyl group, R2: C1-C6 alkyl group, A: 5-membered aromatic heterocycle containing 2–3 heteroatoms selected from the group consisting of nitrogen atom and oxygen atom, or an oxygen atom and R3 when A is 5-membered aromatic heterocycle containing 2–3 atoms, selected from the group consisting of nitrogen atom and oxygen atom, then R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group or hydroxyC1-C6 alkyl group; and when A is an oxygen atom, then R3 is hydroxyC1-C6 alkyl group or C1-C6 alkoxyC1-C6 alkyl group. Invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition exhibiting anti-inflammatory activity based on said compound.
EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel compounds and a pharmaceutical composition based thereon, which can be used in medicine for preventing or treating an inflammatory disease.
