SUBSTANCE: the invention relates to microwave radio engineering, in particular to devices on magnetostatic waves, and can be used as a demultiplexer. Essence: a logical device based on magnetostatic waves contains a first microwave diode made of an iron-yttrium garnet (IYG) film placed on a substrate, made in the form of a Mach-Zehnder interferometer having a separator in the form of a hole in the film, placed on solid parts of the microwave guide, input and output converters of magnetostatic waves in the form of microstrip antennas, a source of an external magnetic field with a tangent direction to the microwave guide, while additionally contains a second microwave guide identical to the first microwave guide and located above it, moreover, the microwave guides are separated by a dielectric layer, and the second microwave guide is equipped with an output antenna located above the output antenna of the first microwave guide, while an octagonal hole is selected as a separator in each waveguide, the source of the external magnetic field is made with the possibility of changing the magnitude and polarity of the magnetic field.
EFFECT: creation of a logic device with the function of demultiplexing the input signal with frequency range control by means of exposure to a static magnetic field and improving the quality of the output signal by reducing signal distortion due to a different geometry that reduces reflections.
