SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods of folded material folding and folding corrugated cardboard and systems for implementing said methods. Method comprises steps of, on which the folded material first length end is delivered to the rotating member having at least two heads, located on rotating element and shifted from each other along circumference, rotate rotating element, while simultaneously feeding folded material to rotating element, are engaged with section of length of folded material by means of vacuum adjustment of first head with possibility of rotation of folded material around rotating element to change direction of its movement, first head is switched to air tuning in preset position for blowing of folded material from rotating element and form stack of piled folded material. Method can also include steps of rotating a rotating member having a first head and a second head about an axis, feeding the folded material to the rotating element, performing the cycle of the first head through the first vacuum adjustment, the second air blowing setting and the third setting of disconnection, and also the second head cycle is performed through the first vacuum adjustment, the second air setting and the third disconnection setting. Proposed system comprises rotating element and, at least, two heads arranged on rotating element. Each head has a first vacuum adjustment configured to engage the folded material to change the direction of movement thereof, and a second air blower configured to blow the folded material from the rotating member, after which it forms a pile of piled folded material.

EFFECT: methods and systems enable more efficient and efficient formation of regular and successive stacks of folded material without the need for significant human intervention.
