FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering, particularly to radio direction-finding, and can be used in means of detecting and locating radio-frequency sources and their carriers. Method of spatial filtering of signals is intended for determination of direction to sources of radio-frequency radiation and separation of signals along directions and is based on analysis of cross-section of diagrams of directivity of two adjacent antenna elements of an annular equidistant antenna array. Distribution of each frequency component of the received signals is carried out by comparing the ratio of amplitudes of the frequency component received by adjacent antenna elements under condition of coincidence of their phases, with available coefficients in the a priori data base.

EFFECT: searchless monitoring of space along direction in sector 0–360° with increase in accuracy of direction finding of radio-frequency source and provision of separate analysis of signals from each direction.
