FIELD: radio equipment.

SUBSTANCE: inventions relate to radio engineering and can be used in systems of detection and direction finding of two operating radio-frequency sources (RFS) simultaneously, which frequencies are in pass band of receiving channels. Method is based on generating beat envelopes U1(t) and U2(t) in the first and second receiving channels, respectively, by means of which the set of probable directions θ11, θ12 is calculated for the first and θ21, θ22 on the second RFS. To eliminate ambiguity of bearing taking, phase characteristics P1(t) and P2(t) of difference electromotive forces eΔsy(t) and eΔzv(t) are formed in the first and second receiving channels, respectively. Based on results of comparison of phase characteristics P1(t) and P2(t), true bearings θ1 on the first RFS and θ2 on the second RFS are selected. Method for amplitude direction finding of interfering radio waves is realized using an apparatus for amplitude direction finding of interfering radio waves, which is made in a certain manner.

EFFECT: reduction of time for evaluating bearings on the first and second RFS and high accuracy of amplitude direction finding of interfering radio radiations.
