FIELD: radio engineering and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for direction finding of radio-frequency sources, and can be used in systems for radio-frequency sources monitoring in order to control over location of objects, ensuring stability of communication channel, in self-guidance systems. Task solved by invention consists in determining direction of radio-frequency source using pair of directional antennae, which are shifted (turned) in one plane by width of half of beam pattern, and processing obtained data from them by preset algorithms.
EFFECT: simplified design of direction finding and decreased time required for direction finding, as well as high accuracy of solving task of direction finding.
