SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an absorbent article, such as a disposable diaper, a sanitary towel or an urological pad for adults. Absorbent product includes an upper sheet containing a composite sheet. In the composite sheet, protrusions protruding toward the skin of the carrier are formed by a first sheet protruding in the direction from the second sheet in parts different from the fastening parts. There are multiple first inclined rows of fastening parts and multiple second inclined rows of fastening parts, and long fastening part elongated in longitudinal direction is formed at each intersection of first inclined rows of fastening parts and second inclined rows of fastening parts. Each protrusion, long in lateral direction, is surrounded by two first inclined rows of fastening parts and two second inclined rows of fastening parts.

EFFECT: technical result is by means of protruding parts retained effect of preventing leakage in reverse direction and good air permeability.
