In case stretching of upper region (41) in natural state is equal to 0, and tension in maximally stretched state is equal to 100, stress σ1 of first area (41A) is more than voltage σ2 of second area (41B) at tension equal to 5, and voltage σ2 of second area (41B) is more than voltage σ1 of first area (41A) at tension equal to 100.
