FIELD: steam generation.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a liquid transfer element with an evaporator, a steam supply system, a liquid transfer tool with an evaporator in a steam supply system, and a method for assembling a liquid transfer element with an evaporator. The liquid transfer element with an evaporator for a steam supply system comprises a layer of a capillary material and a layer of base material, rolled together to form a spiral. The evaporator comprises a resistive heating coil wound around the liquid transfer element.
EFFECT: wick is provided with greater rigidity compared to a regular fibrous wick, pressed to the hole in the tank wall with a greater force, a reliable sealing is provided between the wick and the holes in the tank wall, the probability of leaks is reduced.
