SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to a method of treating a joint pathological condition. Method of treating a joint pathological condition involving administering to an animal in need thereof an effective amount of a DA-DKP-containing pharmaceutical composition in a multi-dose regimen wherein the time interval between doses in the multi-dose regimen ranges from 2 days to 6 weeks. Method of treating osteoarthritis involving administering by intra-articular injection into the involved joint of a first dose, a second dose and a third dose, wherein each first dose, a second dose and a third dose contains 4 ml of a human serum albumin having a MM of < 5,000, and wherein a second dose is administered two weeks after the first dose and a third dose is administered two weeks after the second dose.

EFFECT: above described methods promote the improved effect in the treatment of the pathological condition of the joint, osteoarthritis.
