SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in wireless communication systems. Method comprises obtaining a first system information message (SI), wherein a first system information message (SI) comprises type information related to a system information block (SIB), and scheduling information of second system information message (SI), to which said SIB type relates, and schedule information comprises data on time of occurrence of second SI message and indication information indicating whether second SI message is transmitted; and if the indication information indicates that the second SI message is not transmitted, sending a SI request message and obtaining the required system information block (SIB) in accordance with the schedule information in the received first SI message.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of throughput capacity of transmission by saving system resources when satisfying requests UE for obtaining information.
