SUBSTANCE: processor circuit included in user equipment is made with the possibility of initiation of a process of reception of a first-type system information block (hereinafter – SIB) for the reception of the first-type SIB, and the first-type SIB includes planning information of a second-type SI message, wherein the second-type SI message contains at least one SIB and an indication to a state of the broadcast transmission for the second-type SI message, while the indication indicates the broadcast transmission. A receiver circuit included in user equipment is made with the possibility of reception of the first-type SIB. The processor circuit is additionally made with the possibility of initiation of a process of reception of SI message for the reception of SI message. In case if the saved version of one of at least one second-type SIB is invalid, the process of reception of the first-type SIB is initiated at the failure in the process of reception of SI message.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of methods for the transmission of SIB.
