SUBSTANCE: technical result is achieved by transmitting a first type system information unit to the user equipment from the base station, wherein first type system information unit is used for minimum system information containing a plurality of instructions, each of the indications indicates whether delivery of the second type information system information block, upon request, and receiving a request for transmitting a corresponding second type information system unit in case, when one of plurality of instructions indicates that delivery of the corresponding system information unit of the second type is provided upon request.
EFFECT: technical result is higher efficiency of transmitting system information blocks (SIB), by providing differentiated delivery of second type system information by broadcasting second type system information, carried out separately from broadcasting of system information of the first type.
